So, my first Vlog. I will keep making these, I will I will I will! (I hope)
Velatrix's 1000 day goal list.
My daily updates on the goals I am using to turn my life around, some for the better, some for the worse.
Day 31 - 970 days to go!
So today, I realised that I had just been scheduling my spare time, and it wasn’t making me feeling very happy about the things that I usually end up doing, so I essentially took a day off. I did my job searching in the morning, then went to the job centre to sign on, before coming home and spending the day on the sofa, sorting things out and watching house, without worrying about anything really.
But I was just looking at the pie chart from yesterday, and I like the percentages, I think it will be a better way to spread out how to do things, but first I think I need to do things that I feel like I am actually contributing to changing my life, as we are 31 days in, and I don’t fel like I have done that much. Though I have probably done more than I would of if I hadn’t done this.
So, tomorrow, I am going to try and make some money, that will be the best thing to do, so I will stick as much as I can on eBay me thinks, and also send off at least 5 CV’s, then after I have done that, who knows what to do :)
Thanks as Usual <3

Day 30 - 771 days to go!
Okay, so that brings us to today, finally caught up.
I was going to write it like I did before, but since I want it to have a post for every day, it makes more sense to write each day as they happened, as best as I can to my memory.
Okay, so I am going to be adding goals that get me out of the house, be it hour long walks anywhere, or finally getting those running trainers and thus able to take my runs outside!
Also, I have this task tracker if you like, which I am going to use to manage my time better. I will write the tasks in there, and I can pause the time if I stop doing something, and so I can add things for each day and make sure I have enough time to do things, it’s a really good idea, though I was just using it by only allowing myself 1 hour internet time for today, and used half of that writing the blogs for last week, and I still had some of Sunday to write with 90 seconds to go, I felt very pressured, it wasn’t good!
So instead of having things to do a day, I am going to set lots of goals for the week, and then just pick and choose, deciding to do what I feel like, to an extent, so that I don’t look at a part of the list, and then just don’t want to do it, then getting de motivated by not doing something, such as the films and running last week.
It gives you a pie chart of what you did that day as well, so It will give me something else cool to add to this blog.
I still need to think of some more things to add to the list for this week, I think I am going to switch from the marathon training to the couch to 9k method, which I was doing before and it was more fun, so I am only going to have 2 concrete things, this blog and that.
So here’s what I decided to do today;

As you can see, I didn’t finish setting the weekly goals, and I only got in one episode of Nanaha in, I have seen the movie, so hopefully, I will find something new or this will be a difficult series to get through again!

Then there is this cool pie chart that shows how the time was spent :D
I like it, I will be putting more of these in me thinks :)
Thanks for reading <3

Day 29 - 972 days to go!
I have completely forgotten what I put on this day ;-; I will have to edit this after I have fixed this
Day 28 - 273 days to go!
I was tired today. SO TIRED! So I will try and explain things the best I can.
I went and saw my Grandad in the morning. I had spoke to him the night before, and I had completely, naively put to the back of mind just how ill he was. It totally changed my perspective on things, so I decided after I had spoke to him that I would go and see him the next day with my mum. I went and saw him, and it made me sad, but that isn’t for here, not yet anyway. After that we went to Sutton, and I got home at around 20 past 1, and sat down to start watching qualifying. I was struggling to keep my eyes open, and sat there till around 10 past 2, when it had been rained off for about half an hour, and I decided that I was just going to go to bed, which I did and slept, gaining back some of my energy for when my dad rang and got me up for the Speedway World Cup, so I came downstairs, and pretty much fell asleep until the final, so I knew the result. After that, I went back to bed, and that was my day.
Now I will explain how the goals of the day went xD As you will soon find out, I did none of these…
Watch 2 episodes of Avatar;
I had this ticked off for the reason that I had already watched these earlier in the week, so I had seen the end of Avatar and just not mentioned it, but I knew this goal was here and I still wanted to write about it. Though on my other blog I put about how good I thought it was, so this probably won’t be a surprise ;-;
Watch Toy Story;
I didn’t watch any of the films. I plan to watch them tomorrow, I have no idea if I will feel like watching them then xD
Play Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013;
Another one ticked off just for the sheer amount I had played during the week.
Play Red Dead Redemption;
I didn’t get the extra hour in on this that I wanted to :’(
Okay, so I think another change is coming soon, but I still have quite a long time, so hopefully, I’ll get into a rhythm of things that I am motivated to do all tasks and hopefully enjoy them all!
Thanks as usual <3

Day 27 - 974 days to go!
Okay, so it’s Friday today, so it’s time to see how I did on the tasks I set myself for today;
Jog 15 mins / Walk 5 mins/ Jog 15 mins
I didn’t do this. I have kinda given up on these for the week, I am following a schedule I found on the internet last year, and it means you have to do each one in the week to improve, and I always do the first one, but never carry on, so I need some kind of motivation for the Tuesday ;-;
Watch 1 episode of House and 1 episode of Pretty Little Liars;
I messed up here, by doing two things. I had watched all of Pretty Little Liars the other day, and when I started watching House, I just couldn’t stop. I watch 13 episodes from Friday night until Saturday morning. I ended up falling asleep whilst watching the Speedway World cup the next night xD
Play WWE 12’
I didn’t do this either, as I just got carried away with House ;-;
Play Duels of The Planeswalkers 2013;
I did play this quite a lot until I felt sleepy whilst I was watching House.
This was quite a House filled day, it influenced pretty much every other goal ;-;
Thanks as usual <3
Alex
Day 26 - 975 days to go!
Day 26 went like this!
Jog 15 mins;
Nope :(
Watch 2 episodes of Avatar:
I did watch 2 episodes of Avatar! I am nearly at the end now (BOO!) but it is still awesome. It’s got the kind of feel that you could watch this and enjoy it without having watched the older series, but there are some things that happen that are in there to thank the older fans :D, not that I am an older fan, I only watched the series a few weeks ago, though I did watch Book One 3 years ago ;-;
Watch The Big Lebowski;
I didn’t watch this either ;-; I have just not been in the mood to watch films recently. Hopefully I’ll be in the mood Saturday and I’ll watch all 3 I missed this week.
Play WWE 12’
I played some more matches on the Road to Wrestlemania mode. I am now Triple H, the UNited Kingdom is over, and I am fighting Randy Orton and the Miz xD It was decided yesterday that we would do some stuff with it recording it, so I am going to design a story mode involving the 4 of us do the game recording, and it’s going to be awesome!
Thanks as usual :D
Alex
Day 25 - 976 days to go!
Hey there! So, here are my 4 things to do today!
Jog 10 mins/Walk 10 mins/ Jog 5 mins;
I didn’t do this, but I am starting to think that if I had some running shoes, and actually left my house, instead of running around furniture in my living room, I would probably be more motivated to do these runs. When I next get paid, I will buy myself a pair of running trainers.
Watch 1 episode of Pretty Little Liars;
I did this! and I didn’t just watch one, I ended up catching up on the entire series so far, which is only 4 episodes, but it was 3 hours of TV!
Play Duels of the Planeswalkers;
I did this in the background to watching PLL, I do like how I can just do i tin the background to something else I am doing, so it doesn’t really feel like I am doing this properly. But When I have unlocked all the cards I can start putting a different game here.
Play Red Dead Redemption;
I finally started the campaign, and I finally got back into this game, so Yay! I haven’t got guide book telling me which mission to do next, but then again I am not trying to complete the game quickly to get a trophy so I am just going to enjoy this, playing it for an hour or so every other day or something.
Thank you as always <3
Alex
Day 24 - 977 days to go!
Oh God, so I did that thing again, that I said I wouldn’t do, which means you guys are going to get bombarded with about 6 posts that may or may not annoy you, but hey, this is the internet, I do apologise though, so let’s start as we mean to go on.
This is/was day 24, and I had set myself 4 tasks, here they are:
Jog 15 minutes;
I didn’t do this, I don’t know if I couldn’t find the time, or I just couldn’t get myself in the mood to do it, but I just didn’t want to do it. I will try my hardest to get into the mindset and catch up on this one, otherwise I just won’t be able to them full stop.
Watch 1 episode of House and 1 episode of Avatar;
I did this, quite swimmingly, House is amazing! I have been trying to will myself into it for a few months or so now, and I finally took the plunge, and I am really enjoying it. I don’t want to just overdose on it, otherwise I’ll just run out of it to watch quicker than I would like to. Avatar is still awesome, I am trying to wean myself so that I don’t finish it so quickly, as it is awesome and I rushed the original series, and when it was over, it made me sad.
Watch Reservoir Dogs;
I didn’t do this either, which is bad, as that is now two things I haven’t done, but I just wasn’t in a film watching mood, so hopefully when I want to watch another film later on in the week, I’ll just bundle them together, I am usually alright once I actually start something.
Play Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013;
I played this whilst I was watching House, had a few games online but not much else. It’s not much fun unlocking cards whilst card farming, ad I am not sure if you can unlock cards by winning online, which is hard enough to do when you are playing people who have unlocked cards!
Alright, thanks for reading,
Alex
Day 23 - 978 days to go!
So, 23 days in! I had set myself 4 tasks today. I will now share with you what they were and how I got on with them;
Jog for 15 minutes
So, I did this one fine, though I didn’t warm up properly, so I had to have a 90 second waling break half way through, which I through a few stretches in, then I did the last 6 minutes, and when my timer went off, I just restarted it and did 3 more minutes, just to make sure that I had covered the 15 mins.
Watch 2 episodes of Avatar: Legend of Korra
So I watch episode 4 and 5 of Korra. It is pretty awesome. I like how the characters are evolving, and how they actually addressed the little love triangle. Bolin is very close to being my favourite character, but Mako is pretty awesome too. Argh I love this series. i think, when I have finally watched all 12 episodes, (I am trying to space them out so I don’t rush the whole series), I must go back and re watch the original Avatar without rushing through it.
Play WWE 12!
I did this! It was really awesome, playing as Sheamus leading the ‘United Kingdom’ faction with Wade Barret, Drew McIntyre ad William Regal. it was a really interesting story that you know they could only really put in the games and you would never see on TV. Never the less, it was awesome.
Play Red Dead Redemption
I played this a little bit online, but I had set myself the task of completing 10 missions, and my heart just wasn’t in starting again. Hopefully when I am over that hurdle I will get back into it.
Okay, I need to get into doing these actual things, so I can do more, and have more stuff to write home about.
Thanks for reading as always,
Alex
